Contacting us by phone or visiting us in person

We provide an SMS message service for people who are deaf , hearing impaired or have a speech impediment.

Our Civic Centre main reception has a mobile loop system that can be used in the interview rooms as required. There are also front-line staff that have attended deaf/deaf-blind awareness training and a number of them qualified to British Sign Language Level 1.
