• Have Spina Bifida or Hydrocephalus
• Are pregnant and have had a revent diagnosis of Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, Encephalocele or Anencephaly
• Have a child with Spina Bifida or Hydrocephalus
• Live with or care for someone with these conditions
• Are a professional providing support
